  • Refunds are not available for completed and delivered projects. Once the final deliverables have been handed over to the client, the project is considered closed, and no refunds will be issued.
  • For projects that are in progress, refunds may be issued on a prorated basis, depending on the work completed up to the date of the refund request.

  • Refunds are not available for completed, delivered, and signed-off projects.
  • Custom or specialized services initiated at the client’s request are non-refundable.
